Safe holiday

The safety and well-being of our guests and our team are our top priority.

Special times require special measures, but we still attach great importance to giving you an incomparable holiday feeling as usual.

Our preventive measures to protect against Covid19 are continuously adapted to the latest developments in order to be able to offer you both a relaxing and safe holiday.

Check-In and Check-Out at the Hotel

In order to shorten waiting times at the reception, we ask you to send us your contact details in advance. You will receive further information on this from us by email when you book.

It is also possible to pay the hotel bill at the reception the evening before departure in order to avoid larger gatherings on the day of departure.

A mask is mandatory for our guests in the public areas of the hotel, especially for breakfast and dinner in the buffet area and when entering the ski and boot room. You are welcome to bring your own mask. If you forget it, you can get masks at the reception.

For winter sports activities, you will receive a multifunctional towel from us on arrival.

Both our incomparable breakfast buffet and our half-board offer are retained in proven quality. Our service staff wear masks for your protection.
There is a one-way system at the buffet and disinfectant dispensers are available.

If you would like to enjoy our à la carte restaurant, we ask you to reserve your table in advance.

Our housekeeping is trained according to the latest standards. Door handles, lift buttons and public areas such as toilets are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Disinfectant dispensers are available for our guests in all areas.

Wellness and Fitness

We ask that the saunas in our SPA area only be used individually, in families or in pairs – as is the fitness room. Our therapist wears a mask during the treatments; guests are not required to use a mask for massage or cosmetic treatments.

All current information regarding the corona measures in the Arlberg ski area can be found on the official website.

As of October 2020:

• In elevator buildings and when queuing, a mask or multifunctional cloth is compulsory

• You will find disinfectant dispensers in many places

• There is no general personal limitation, but may be possible depending on the situation

All of our employees are trained according to the latest hygiene standards. Of course, employees who come into contact with guests wear a mask. In addition, all of our employees are regularly tested for Covid19.

We recommend the European travel insurance, which also offers insurance against COVID 19. If you have specific questions, please contact European travel insurance directly.

In addition, the state of Vorarlberg has taken out free COVID 19 cancellation insurance for all existing and future bookings, so that you can start your vacation without worries.
In the event of illness or quarantine before departure, this covers costs of up to € 3,000 per person. You’ll find more about it here.
