The safety and well-being of our guests and our team are our top priority. Special times require special measures, but we still attach great importance to giving you an incomparable holiday feeling as usual. Our preventive measures to protect against Covid19 are continuously adapted to the latest developments in order to be able to offer you both a relaxing and safe holiday. FFP2 mask A FFP2 mask is mandatory in the hotel – the mask can of course be removed at the table in the restaurant and in the sauna. An FFP2 mask is also required in all other public areas outside the hotel (shops, restaurants, inside the lift buildings).
Check-In and Check-Out  In order to shorten waiting times at the reception, we ask you to send us your contact details in advance. You will receive further information on this from us in advance by email. It is also possible to pay the hotel bill at the reception the evening before departure in order to avoid large crowds on the day of departure.
Restaurant Both our incomparable breakfast buffet and our half-board offer are retained in proven quality. Our service staff wear masks for your protection. Disinfectant dispensers are available. If you would like to enjoy our à la carte restaurant, we ask you to book your table in advance.
Closing time The official closing times of restaurants and bars is midnight.
Hygiene Our housekeeping is trained according to the latest standards. Door handles, lift buttons and public areas such as toilets are cleaned and disinfected regularly. Disinfectant dispensers are available for our guests in all areas.
Wellness and Fitness We ask that the saunas in our SPA area only be used individually, in families or in pairs – as is the fitness room.
Skiing All current information regarding the corona measures in the Arlberg ski area can be found on the official website. As of February 2022: • In elevator buildings and when queuing, a FFP2 mask  is compulsory • You will find disinfectant dispensers in many places
Staff All of our employees are vaccinated and trained according to the latest hygiene standards.
Stornierung In the event of a cancellation due to a Covid19 illness, quarantine or travel bans, there are no cancellation costs for direct bookings.
Insurance We recommend the European travel insurance, which also offers insurance against COVID 19. If you have specific questions, please contact European travel insurance directly.
